Reversi

Reversi is a simple yet popular strategy game played on a square board consisting of 64 squares, with two players using circular white and black pieces. The objective of the game is to have the most pieces of your color on the board when the game ends.

The game starts by placing two of each color in the center of the board, with the white piece in the upper left and lower right corners, and the black piece in the upper right and lower left corners.

Players take turns placing their piece in an empty square on the board, changing the color of any opponent pieces adjacent to the placed piece, as long as the move creates a line of consecutive pieces between the new piece and one of the five surrounding edges (top, bottom, left, right, and diagonal).

When an opponent's piece is changed, it is converted to the player's color and points are scored. The player with the most pieces at the end of the game is the winner.

Reversi requires good strategy and careful analysis of the board position, as players must make sound decisions to achieve victory.
